Do I need to show ID for my delivery?
Yes. By law, a valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 years of age or older must be presented at the time of delivery. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
What is your return policy for alcoholic beverages?
Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcohol once it has left our premises, unless the product is spoiled or the packaging is damaged. Please contact our support team within 48 hours if you encounter an issue.
How long does local delivery take?
Most local orders placed before 4:00 PM are delivered within 2 to 4 hours. Orders placed later in the evening will be scheduled for the following business day.
Can I ship liquor to another state?
Shipping availability depends on individual state laws. We currently ship to select states where direct-to-consumer alcohol delivery is permitted. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if we can ship to your location.
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
Since a signature from an adult (21+) is required, the carrier cannot leave the package at your door. If no one is available, the carrier will attempt a redelivery or hold the package at a local pickup point.
Do you offer bulk discounts for events or weddings?
