Due to state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, Main Street Liquor can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items or products that are damaged or spoiled upon arrival. All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt or order confirmation.

Ensure your items are unopened, the seals are intact, and the product is in its original packaging as required by liquor retail laws.

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the bottles in their original shipping container or an equivalent protective box to prevent breakage during the return transit.
Refund Processing
Once our cellar team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
