The Story
At Branch Point Distillery we use traditional copper pot stills to create unique whiskeys from local grains and specialty malts.
This Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made according to bottled-in-bond regulations: Distilled by a single distiller in a single season, matured in new charred American oak barrels for over 4 years, and bottled at 100 proof.
Starting with an original mash bill of white sweet corn, triticale, and distillers malt, the whiskey is double pot distilled. Two retain maximum flavor the bourbon is not chill-filtered and we never use coloring or other additives.
