Doc Swinson’s Exploratory Cask El Cuerpo Straight Bourbon

Part 3 of 3 of our Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon. To round out Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon, we like to add a hint of what Pedro Ximenez casks bring to our blender’s cut thirty-six twenty-one base blend. These carefully selected sherry butts from Spain held sherry for over 20 years and contributes traditional notes of dried figs, cherries, and chocolate as well as strengthening the body of the bourbon. Here it is at the blender’s strength.
