Glen Scotia Double Cask Rum Finish enjoys the same maturation in first-fill bourbon barrels as Double Cask, with an eight-month finish in Demerara Rum barrels. While the signature notes of caramel and sea spray are still present, the finish adds an exotic dimension of melted sugar, molasses, and tropical fruit notes.
