Back when they were digging the big ditch that would later become the Erie Canal, farmers from up this way would take their excess grain and create the best Rye Whiskeys east and west of the Mississippi. It is in that tradition that we bring you the hand-crafted goodness of our Iron Smoke “Farmers” Rye Whiskey, aged a minimum of two years.
