The Story
Made from a single season’s harvest of Centennial Wheat, the heirloom spring soft white varietal grown for us in the San Luis Valley, this is the first wheat whiskey to be Bottled in Bond in Colorado, which, fittingly is known as the Centennial State.

Jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn

100% Soft White Centennial Spring Wheat
AGED:
Over four years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels
