This second Single Malt release from the newly reopened Mars Tsunuki Distillery brings forward a subtle pettiness that was hidden in the first. Water from Mt. Kurata brings a soft & delicate yet heavy water to the distillery that is perfectly reflected in the mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes:
Hints of peated honey on the nose are followed by crisp green apple, fresh mint and buttered banana on the palate. A sweet and smokey yellow fruit notes linger long after.
