In the (sometimes obsessive) pursuit of intense and original flavors, we at Widow Jane have even nurtured our own raw materials. Over a number of growing seasons, we developed our own unique varietal of corn, and baptized it "Baby Jane." This unique corn has depth, sweetness and creamy-spiciness that makes Baby Jane Bourbon truly different. For, as every distiller knows, the fines Bourbon whiskey starts with the most interesting corn.
